How to Stay Awake at Work

So last night unfortunately my landlord’s were SOO loud till the wee hours of the morning. I am also not a morning person or a coffee person.  As my fellow mice can attest to I am very grumpy when tired.

So here are my Tips to stay awake at work

  1. Drink anything with caffeine or sugar. Now this could be coffee, tea, red bull, hot chocolate, a can of coke, apple juice, or my personal favorite peppermint tea with loads of sugar.
  2. Do some exercise.  Exercise = endorphins and endorphins = more alert.
  3. DO NOT TURN THE LIGHTS OFF IN YOUR OFFICE.
  4. Plug those headphones in and turn on some uptempo music (EDM, Pop, Hip Hop). Whatever floats your boat.
  5. Repeat step one.
  6. Don’t overeat . We all know what happens when you eat too much zzzzzzzzzzzz…..
  7. Get your co workers to call your phone every 10 minutes to make sure your awake. Well just kidding but sometimes it may be needed.
  8. Have a nap at lunch!
